Western Pennsylvania judicial nominees advance toward confirmation

WASHINGTON — Judges Susan Paradise Baxter and Marilyn Horan are one step closer to confirmation to the bench of the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania, but they need not rush to clear out their current chambers.
