Westbound I-90 in Erie County closed hours after multiple weather-related crashes

A seven-mile stretch of Interstate 90 in Erie County remained closed this morning after multiple crashes caused by a heavy, lake-effect snowfall crippled traffic on the roadway Thursday morning, injurying about 15 people, state police said.
