West Virginia City Manager Reinstated After DUI Plea

WHEELING, W.Va. (AP) – The city manager of Wheeling, West Virginia, has been reinstated to his job after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol.
News outlets report the Wheeling City Council voted 5-2 on Tuesday to reinstate suspended City Manager Robert Herron.
Herron was sentenced Monday to 104 hours of community service. Authorities have said he was involved in a car crash in March and arrested with a blood-alcohol level of about 0.305%. The legal state limit is 0.08%
