West Mifflin man wanted in 2013 shooting arrested in S.C.

A man wanted in the non-fatal shooting of a 17-year-old girl in 2013 and who has since been on the run was found Thursday morning in Myrtle Beach, S.C., according to the U.S. Marshals Service..
