WEATHER: Winter storm warning issued for Pittsburgh; speed limits reduced on some highways

The National Weather Service has upgraded an earlier weather advisory to a winter storm warning for the Pittsburgh region Wednesday. A wintry mix of snow, freezing rain and sleet is expected to make for slick road conditions for morning rush hour.
