Vehicle Crashes Into Building In Shaler Township

SHALER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Sunday afternoon at approximately 3:00 p.m., Shaler Police, Shaler-Hampton EMS and Hampton Fire Departments responded to a vehicle crashing into the Barrel Junction Restaurant on William Flynn Highway.A father was driving the car with his son in the passenger seat and fell asleep at the wheel. The car then struck a utility pole and landed in the front entrance and porch area of the restaurant. There were no injuries, but they were
