UPMC Health Plan Recognized For Customer Service By J.D. Power

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — UPMC’s insurance division, the UPMC Health Plan, has been recognized for its customer service.J.D. Power has named the health plan a 2020 certified customer service program for its phone support.
It marks the seventh time UPMC Health Plan has gotten the award.
