Unhealthy pollution levels forecasted for Wednesday

The state Department of Environmental Protection is forecasting poor air quality Wednesday that could cause health problems for young children and the elderly and those with pre-existing respiratory problems in Allegheny and 21 other Pennsylvania counties.
