Two mayoral challengers removed from ballot

Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto now faces a clear path to reelection this November, after Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Joseph James removed independent challengers James Rack and Khalid Raheem from the ballot Tuesday afternoon.
