Two Dogs Killed In Penn Hills House Fire

PENN HILLS (KDKA) — Two dogs were killed in a Penn Hills house fire late Saturday morning.
The 2-alarm fire started around 11:30 a.m. at a home in the 100-block of Colonial Village Drive.
“Upon arrival, we encountered heavy fire and heavy smoke coming from the structure,” North Bessemer Fire Department assistant fire chief David Zacchia said. “Neighbors called in reporting there was smoke coming out of the eaves of the house.”
