Tree Falling On Tow Truck Prompts Road Closure In Larimer

LARIMER (KDKA) – A tree fell on top of a tow truck in Larimer Tuesday night and the road remains closed.
According to officials, the tree fell along Negley Run Boulevard around 11:30 p.m.
Public Works crews are not sure what caused the tree to topple onto a tow truck. Fortunately, the driver was not inside at the time and called 911.
Duquesne Light crews were called to the scene due to some downed power lines.
