TRAFFIC: Work on Fort Pitt Tunnel postponed

Work to the Fort Pitt Tunnels, which were scheduled to close Tuesday night through Thursday night, will remain open “due to inclement weather and low temperatures,” according to a PennDOT spokesman. The tunnels also will remain open Sunday.
