Traffic Woes Expected After 2 Major Road Construction Projects Begin In Pittsburgh Area

ALLEGHENY COUNTY (KDKA) — Concrete construction barriers were lifted into place on the Business Route 22 exit ramp off the Parkway East on Monday.
