TRAFFIC: Liberty Bridge inbound lane will be open tonight, but will close on weekend

PennDOT announced this afternoon the contractor will not have to close the inbound Liberty Bridge and Tunnel tonight as previously scheduled but the outbound Fort Pitt Tunnel will be closed.
