TRAFFIC: Liberty Bridge, Fort Pitt Tunnel closures planned tonight

The inbound (northbound) Liberty Bridge and Tunnel and the outbound (southbound) Fort Pitt Tunnel will close tonight for construction work, but the schedule should help accommodate fans attending tonight’s Penguins game at PPG Paints Arena.
