TRAFFIC: Fort Pitt Tunnel overnight closures planned

The outbound lanes of the Fort Pitt Tunnel will be closed overnight tonight from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Thursday morning. The lanes will close again on Thursday night  beginning 2 hours after the end of the Penguins game, through 5 a.m. the following morning.
