TRAFFIC: Double-fatal multi-vehicle crash closed southbound I-79

Traffic resumed on southbound I-79 six hours after a fatal multi-vehicle crash closed the roadway south of the split with I-279 (Parkway North) shortly after 3:00 a.m., according to PennDOT officials.
