TikTok Changes Privacy, Default Settings For Users Under 18

(CBS Local) – In a move some may consider rare for a social networking service, TikTok is making changes to its app to make it safer for younger users.
The company will now set the accounts for users ages 13 to 15 to private by default, as well as tighten other controls for all users under 18, in terms of how they can interact with other users and TikTok content itself.
TikTok is also partnering with nonprofit Common Sense Networks, an education and advocacy group that helps parents and ed
