Third Suspect Arrested In Kidnapping Case

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Police have arrested a third suspect in an alleged kidnapping in Pittsburgh’s California-Kirkbride neighborhood.
16-year-old Marquis McMeans was arrested Tuesday. Charges against him include felony counts of kidnapping and robbery. He is charged as an adult. He was being held in the Allegheny County Jail after his bail was set at $50,000.
Two people were arrested days earlier in connection with the investigation.
