Wyatt Lash stopped by PTL today to show off a delicious recipe off the new fall menu at The Commoner!
Tikka Masala
1 Ea. Large Yellow Onions, Julienne
1/2 T Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 Tsp Large Piece Of Ginger Grated
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 Tsp Cardamon Pods, In Cheese Cloth
1 T Curry Powder
2 Ea Serrano Pepper, Minced
4 T Brown Sugar
1 Zest Lime, Plus Juice
3/4 # Sweet Potatoes, Peeled, 1- Inch Cube
1 Can Chickpeas(10.5oz)
10 Oz Coconut Milk
1 Ea Carrots, Peeled, Half Moon
