Text messages, tweets show city's communication with Uber has been a rocky road

Since the fatal crash in March involving a self-driving Uber in Arizona, communication between Uber and the city of Pittsburgh has been quite the roller coaster ride as illustrated by tweets and newly acquired text messages between a city official and an Uber executive.
