Supplier in Caribbean-to-Pittsburgh narcotics ring pleads guilty

A convicted drug dealer from St. Thomas who was living near Detroit admitted Tuesday in federal court that he shipped heroin from the Virgin Islands to Michigan and then to Pittsburgh, where a North Side drug gang distributed it.
