Strong storms cause floods, kill 1 person in Pennsylvania

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Freak storms packing up to 100 mph winds hit Pennsylvania early Friday, sending floodwaters into hundreds of homes and causing a pipeline rupture that dumped more than 50,000 gallons of gasoline into a stream, threatening drinking water supplies. One man was killed when a tree crashed into his home.
