Stretch of I-90 reopens 24 hours after 17-car pileup

A seven-mile stretch of Interstate 90 in Erie County has reopened 24 hours after a 17-car pileup caused by a heavy, lake-effect snowfall shutdown that section of the highway Thursday, PennDOT said.
