Storms Bring Hail & Gusty Winds, Another Round Moving Through Overnight

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The first round of storms cleared out of the Pittsburgh area late Thursday afternoon, but after a bit of a lull during the evening hours, more wet weather will move in overnight.
Thunderstorms came through in the afternoon, bringing with it downpours, gusty winds, thunder, lightning and some sizable hail.
There were reports of downed trees, like in Cranberry Township; and, in Arnold, the hail that fell was bigger than a quarter.
