State Police: Tractor Trailer Carrying Propane Tanks Explodes On I-70

SMITHTON (KDKA) — Interstate 70 in Westmoreland County is now reopened after a crash and explosion involving a tractor trailer.
According to state police, the tractor trailer was carrying propane tanks that exploded.
