EXPORT, Pa. (KDKA) — State police are searching for a missing 14-year-old last seen in Westmoreland County.

Police say John Carnley was last seen near Italy Road in Export talking to “individual(s)” in a red vehicle.Police describe him as 5-foot-1, and he walks with a distinguished limp. He was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, boots and a black hat.
