State Labels Turtle Creek Tavern A Nuisance Bar

TURTLE CREEK (KDKA) — The state has labeled a tavern in Turtle Creek a nuisance bar.
The Liquor Control Board says it’s received complaints about Caesar’s Tavern on Penn Avenue.

One person was arrested at the bar Friday on drug charges.
The Liquor Control Board says there were also several liquor and building code violations.
