State attorney general's office closes North Huntingdon paving probe

The state attorney general’s office has closed its investigation into a North Huntingdon commissioner’s use of township asphalt millings to pave his son’s driveway. The decision followed a state Ethics Commission ruling earlier this month that Commissioner David Herold did not violate the state ethics act in doing so.
