(KDKA) – Sources tell KDKA a woman is dead after an accident involving a tractor trailer outside a Giant Eagle in Crafton.Dispatchers confirmed a vehicle accident outside the Giant Eagle at the Crafton Ingram Shopping Center.Police tape is set up around the tractor trailer and first responders are on scene.The victim involved in the accident is dead, sources say.
