Sentencing for PA Cyber founder Trombetta, convicted in massive theft scheme, set for summer

More than four years after he was indicted for stealing millions, Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School founder Nick Trombetta still hasn't been sentenced because the parties have been haggling endlessly over how much he stole, the tax implications, and how much prison time he deserves.
