PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The first debate in the special election for the 18th Congressional District is underway.
Republican Rick Saccone and Democrat Conor Lamb are taking questions from KDKA-TV’s Ken Rice, Lynne Hayes-Freeland, and political editor Jon Delano.
