River Barge Crashes Into Boat On Ohio River

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The United States Coast Guard responded to a river rescue in Allegheny County.Officials say that a river barge crashed into a boat with 3 people on it.It happened just after midnight on the Ohio River under the West End Bridge.One person was injured in the crash.River rescue towed the boat off the front of the barge.There is no word on the extent of the person’s injuries at this time.
