Rick Saccone formally announces he will seek Tim Murphy's 18th District seat

State Rep. Rick Saccone is joining the race to replace U.S. Rep. Tim Murphy in Pennsylvania’s 18th Congressional district, the Elizabeth Republican announced Monday morning.
