Protesters gather at Arnold City Hall, ask for mayor to resign

Activists gathered in front of Arnold City Hall on Thursday over social media comments made recently by Mayor Karen Peconi that suggested people protesting the police killing of an unarmed black teenager in East Pittsburgh should be hit with water cannons.
