Port Authority could lose $80 million in state funds if House GOP plan prevails

If the state House Republican budget proposal were adopted, Port Authority could lose more than $80 million in state funds, which a spokesman Thursday called a “devastating” move that could result in elimination of half of the agency’s bus and light-rail routes in Allegheny County.
