Police: Man in 'Ninja Turtle' bandanna robbed Spring Garden store

A man wearing a TMNT bandanna took off with more than $300 after robbing a store in Spring Garden, according to police. A western Pennsylvania man clad in a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles bandanna wasn't following the reptilian crime-fighters' example when he allegedly robbed a store in Spring Garden Township.
