Police Investigating Deadly Shooting Near IUP’s Campus

INDIANA, Pa. (KDKA) — Indiana Borough Police are investigating a shooting that took place near IUP’s campus that left a man dead.The shooting happened in the 1300 block of Oakland Avenue around 4:00 a.m. Saturday. The victim was in his early 20s, police say. Police used life-saving measures on the unresponsive victim until EMS arrived, but he was pronounced dead upon arriving at a local hospital.Indiana Borough Police say they are continuing to investigate, but
