Police: Incendiary Device, Not Package Bomb, Exploded At Austin Goodwill Store

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Police now say an incendiary device, not package bomb, exploded at Austin Goodwill store Tuesday evening, and wasn’t related to the prior bombings.
