Police: Father Threatened To Break School Bus Driver’s Neck Over Son’s Seating Assignment

MT. PLEASANT (KDKA) — A man is facing charges after he allegedly threatened to kill his son’s school bus driver and a teacher at Ramsey Elementary in the Mt. Pleasant Area School District.
Chad Lowry, 29, of Mt. Pleasant Township, is accused of holding up busloads of students after being angered over his son’s seat assignment.
“He gave the bus driver a hard time and said he was going to break his neck if he didn’t leave his son alone,” said Mt. Pleasant School
