Police: Disorderly Fans Cause Damage After Penn State Win

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) – Authorities in central Pennsylvania say disorderly fans caused some damage following Penn State’s upset victory over No. 2 Ohio State.
Following Saturday’s 24-21 victory, police said a celebratory crowd of 5,000 to 10,000 people gatheredin downtown State College, mostly college-age men and women.
