Police, courts trying to determine why homicide suspect was released from jail

A Sheraden man who was released from the Allegheny County Jail hours before Pittsburgh police obtained a homicide arrest warrant for him -- and while there was still a pending aggravated assault warrant from two years earlier-- turned himself in on Friday.
