Police Arrest Suspect In Swissvale Shooting

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Allegheny Police Homicide Detectives have charged 21-year-old Charlton Mitchell with criminal homicide along with two counts of aggravated assault in connection to a shooting that took place in Swissvale early Saturday morning.Mitchell is in custody and awaiting arraignment at Allegheny County Jail.
According to the police, the victim was inside a home on Ellesmere Avenue at a party when someone asked to leave.
Half an hour later, Mitchell arrived as the victim was on t
