Police arrest protesters in Capitol calling for reform

HARRISBURG — As many as two dozen chanting and shouting demonstrators, protesting what they viewed as stalled reforms on issues that included bans on lobbyists' gifts to lawmakers, were led away from the state Capitol building in handcuffs and arrested Monday.
