Point Breeze man indicted in $2 million Ponzi scheme

A Point Breeze man long under investigation by the FBI and the IRS has been indicted on charges of stealing some $2 million from Israeli nationals and other investors in a real estate venture that prosecutors said amounted to a Ponzi scheme.
