PNC Bank to close 8 midstate branches

This Jan. 12, 2012 photo shows PNC Bank Corporate Headquarters in downtown Pittsburgh PNC Bank which has more than 2,600 banks is closing 87 branches by the end of the year including eight in the midstate. The bank closings are a result of customers moving away from banking in-person, according to Fred Solomon a spokesperson for PNC Bank.
