Plum School Board Members Clash Over New Appointment Vote

PLUM (KDKA) – The Plum School Board’s efforts to move past a school sex scandal hit a snag Tuesday night.
A vote at their meeting took an unexpected turn and led to a verbal confrontation between board members.
The board was set to appoint Scott Coulson to fill the seat left vacant by Michelle Stepnick. She stepped down just before the board voted to reinstate Superintendent Timothy Glasspool, last month.
