Pittsburgh's chief operations officer cited for red lights on car

Guy Costa says a notice was left on the windshield of his city-owned vehicle to remove the red bulbs in his headlights. He said the state trooper who wrote the warning is Dan Acklin, the brother of Mayor Peduto's chief of staff, Kevin Acklin, who Costa describes as his boss.
