PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Good morning, the storm prediction center has pointed us in the marginal risk area for storms today.A marginal risk is the lowest risk level issued daily and in the simplest of terms means that severe weather is generally not expected but cannot be ruled out.
Here’s what you need to know:Storm chances are low for the day with isolated to scattered rain chances through the day.
Severe storm chances should be confined to a window of around 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m
