Pittsburgh VA: Pfizer And Moderna Vaccinations More Than 95% Effective At Preventing Infection

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – New research from the Pittsburgh VA has found the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are more than 95% effective at preventing infection.Researchers looked at the health records of more than 54,000 veterans who were tested for COVID-19 between December and March to get to that conclusion.The study, however, didn’t include data on the delta variant or the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
